At Montreal Metal Roofing, we don’t install prefab panels. Every roof starts with local fabrication, tailored for Quebec’s climate. Our panels are cut, shaped, and tested right here using premium materials from Canada and Germany.

Your roof’s longevity depends on how much zinc is applied to the steel. It’s invisible to the eye, but it’s what protects the metal from corrosion. Every panel we make is built to retain its look—and its performance—for over 50 years.
Our standards:
- G90 / Z275 galvanized steel = 275 g/m² of zinc
- More than double the G40 or G60 standard
- Industrial PVDF paint: 20 to 30 microns thick
- Resistant to UV rays, moisture, and acid rain

What we inspect:
- Actual zinc thickness (galvanization)
- Paint quality and consistency
- No micro-cracks or surface flaws
- Optimal tension and rigidity for alignment
